I have none family that wants to meet my baby she is only two weeks old!
But I don’t allow anyone that is not family to come around till after my babies get their first shots. This is my 4th baby it’s always been like that... everyone has always understood! It’s the way I keep my babies safe and sick free!
But their seems to be this ONE friend that thinks I am just attacking her! I am not honestly but I try telling her your kids are always sick 😔 her littlest one has had that mouth hands & foot infection 4x since last year! Maybe I am being overprotective but that is why I am mommy!!!
Sorry for the long rant. Just needed to vent!

So you keep your newborn away from human contact until they get their first shots?
Usually that happens at their 2 month check up right?

@yamip91, yes happens at there two month checkup! Besides immediately family and Drs my babies see no one

I told my family and friends that everyone had to prove they were up to date on their own shots before seeing my child and that no one could hold or even touch her without it. So only the ones who proved it to me got to even see her till she was 2 months old. I totally understand.

Some people need to chill and respect your decisions. Especially if her kids are always sick... Im sorry she is giving you a hard time.
