How im gonna be spending my days off for a while lol. We took on another remodel. 4 beds, 2 baths, guest house out back, garage with attached carport, basement, and fenced in back yard. It was only 20k so we couldn't turn it down!! Its a total gut job, but we love doing this stuff!! Hoping to get at least a 60k profit off of it. Houses down here are pretty cheap as is so we can't ask much more than that. Wish us luck (and safety)!!!! 😁

I recently went home to Salem Illinois to visit, and I nearly choked when I saw how cheap houses were selling for. Cheaper than some vehicles!!

@asandovaln I wish we could ask more for it!! Especially considering everything is going to be brand new when we are done. We will probably start at 95k as an asking price and gradually reduce as we go. But we wont sell lower than 80k or else we wont have enough profit to get another house!! But yeah, here in southern Illinois the housing market is dirt cheap compared to northern Illinois. Its a whole different world down here.
What! I wish houses were that cheap down here! You can’t even get a mobile home for that price down here they’re all at $80k+ & houses starting at $250k+

My so and I haven't been able to have cats for years. Last year we moved into our own house. So says we can have a cat now.

Name something that scares you more than it should. Spiders, bees, heights... fess up. For me, it has to be in off centered washer. ? It sounds like it's going to break down the house, I don't want to fracking touch it.
