On Monday evening a car accident took the life of Leaira Wilson and her Father Scott Wilson. Leaira’s brother Ryker was flown to the Stollery Children’s hospital in critical but stable condition. Our small community of Sylvan Lake, AB is absolutely devastated. Was induced at 4am this morning with pitocin while dilated to 3cm. My OB broke my water a little bit after 9am and I was still doing fine. Progressed slowly until 11:42 when I was dilated to 4cm.
