So question.... My boyfriend said he does not want to have sex with me because he is scared that “he is going to poke the baby.” We have had intercourse once in 6 weeks. Did any of your significant others feel the same?

My husband did with our youngest. But it was during the second trimester. Then once I hit third, he was fine
Tell him to google it. Just type in, "Can a penis poke a baby in the womb?"
Unless he's just looking for an excuse not to have sex, this should ease his mind.

That's normal, just tell him he can't hurt the baby and that sex is actually good during pregnancy except if your doctor tells you not to. We haven't stopped having sex and I'm 27 weeks and prob will continue until the baby comes!
My husband wasn’t phased by my pregnancy. We had sex all the way up until 37 weeks (but stopped because by then it’s SUPER painful). Sometimes they just need to be educated about how your body works during pregnancy. No, he’s not gonna poke or even come near touching the baby with his penis. 😂
My husband didn’t(he really only gets concerned if I am)but a lot of guys do. He just needs to learn a little about what goes on down there what’s protecting the baby and he should be fine. Plus I can guarantee you his thing doesn’t reach that far. Good luck!
