I am need of some motivation to start losing weight. I seem to have no energy during the day at all. I can’t afford to buy none of weight loss pills. I sell it works and plexus but I just can’t afford none of it right now

Than yaw every time I have asked advice I have people trying to sell me stuff and all...I think my biggest problem is I don’t have no energy at all....all i want to do is sleep

Weight loss pills don’t work. Run and eat healthy. There are apps you can use to help track your time, distance and speed. Set yourself a new goal each time you run to stay motivated. If you can’t get the energy to get up and go run, take a preworkout. A preworkout will give you the energy to want to run within 30min.

You don’t need that junk to lose weight. Change diet, maybe cut back on carbs and liquid calories and be more active! Just set mini goals and work your way up.

I was eating better till the last two weeks and I can’t seem to get my sleep back to normal. I work weekends Friday Saturday and Sunday overnight

Maybe try eating healthier to start (idk how you eat) and then some small work out, like don't try to kill yourself at first. I still skip some days😅
