Ladies with anterior placentas... When did you first start feeling movement ?? My doctor said it would be after 20 weeks.. Im just so anxious to feel my daughter moving in there !! I'm 15 weeks 2 days today !!

@kaylaaymond I have been feeling movement since 15 weekz and 6 days. Dont worry , it can happen earlier. Even though alot dont feel theirs until after 20 weeks apparently.
With my last pregnancy I didn’t feel baby move until 23weeks. With this pregnancy I felt flutters around 14-15weeks. Both pregnancies I had anterior placentas.

@angikay, everyone’s different! And I am now seeing and feeling movement on the outside! Hope you don’t have to wait too long!
@katt82 placenta in the way !! I hope next pregnancy isnt the same way ! Howevwr , I'll take what I can get as long as my baby girl is healthy and safe in there !!!
@angikay, that was the first time that happened she usually finds it just fine
@bellyfullofbaby I feel the pressure alot but not actual movement. I want movement !!!!! Grrrrr !!!! Lol yes I have a doppler , I listen to her every single day !!!! Have been since i got it around 10 weeks.
@katt82 ahh I see. My doctor never has a problem findinf my babygirls heartbeat.. I wish I could sleep til then. Lol
@pinkbarbiex22 anterior placenta sucks !! Grrr !!! What pregnant woman doesnt want to feel her babys first movements.

@audib13 not sure the exact placement of mine, but 18 weeka sounds better than 20 and 25 weeks. Lol

I have an anterior placenta and I started feeling movement around the 16 week mark I felt little moves almost like pressure before that but I was never sure if it was baby but now that he’s bigger I feel the same pressure and I know it was baby I was feeling earlier on in my pregnancy. Do you have a Doppler?

I felt first kicks at around 23 weeks but then I didn’t know I had an anterior placenta until a couple of weeks ago when the doctor couldn’t really hear the heart beat lol she then looked it up and told me
My doctor told me I had an anterior placenta but I first felt my baby move around 18 weeks. After that I didn’t feel anything for a good week or two and then they came back. I only feel movement when I lay down though.
I’m 20 weeks and only feel bubs if it kicks my bladder 😭 which tbh is hardly ever. I was 24 weeks with my son (also anterior placenta) xx
I’ve felt him since 18 weeks! My placenta is more on the left front/side of my belly so I can feel him lower & all on my right side. I feel him moving all the time now!
I was around 20 weeks with my first when I started feeling movement. I’m pregnant with my second with another anterior placenta and I got to feel him earlier, more than likely because I knew what I was feeling.
22 weeks and I still hardly feel him now at almost 32 weeks. Now he gets hiccups which helps a little. But he's also facing my back so I feel even less.
@prettyflower1033 most of my friends are feeling theirs already, even less weeks than me. I wish I could relate and share in that excitement and joy. I know one day I will !
@prettyflower1033 yes that what my doctor said ! He said I would feel her on My sides or way down below , not in the middle because of the anterior placenta. 25 weeks is So far away.. I'm so impatient. Lol I can't wait to feel her move ! I know she is fine and moving and kicking up a storm in there , ive seen it on ultrasound numerous times !! I still just want to feel though. I guess I can give up on the idea of that for awhile due to her not being big or strong enough to kick to where I can feel it just yet... Ughhh!!!
@angikay the kicks are mostly on my side when I lay on my right. Try not to worry cause your baby is moving you're just not able to feel her just yet til shes a bit bigger. I was soo anxious while others were feeling theirs I couldn't relate so I didn't feel pregnant at all. Then was beyond excited when my hubby could finally feel her at almost 30 weeks.
@prettyflower1033 thanks for your reply.. Looks like I wont be feeling her anytime soon !! I'm so so anxious Though. When you feel your baby move and kick , is it mostly on the sides rather than the middle ?
@angikay I have an anterior placenta I have felt little butterflies at 23 weeks then small kicks few weeks later

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though

20 weeks today !! Yay to halfway !! I feel like scarlette is starting to really grow and poke out more now !! I'm excited about that ! This is a big difference than my 19 week belly pic !!
