I have daily anxiety. Regular anxiety and social. Have for years.

@sarah.s how do you deal with it. Ugh it seem to be dragging me down down down

I just started cbd oil a few weeks ago and it seems to be helping. But I got a positive pregnancy test Saturday, so I am not sure if CBD is safe during pregnancy
Sarah·
I take Zoloft, jog when I can.
Esha·
@khungy this the 2nd time I heard about CBD oil for anxiety. Where do you find it.
Esha·
@sarah.s I'm so scared of Zoloft, and all those meds. I want a natural way to deal with it. Haha I tried using calming tea and it doesn't work for anxiety.
Kathy·
@eshaaa there is a shop in my town in Colorado I got it from. You can find it online too, but also Make sure to read reviews though to make sure it's pure
Sarah·
@eshaaa Natural stuff didnt work as well for me.
Esha·
@khungy ok my husband just told me where to find it. I live in Cali, so there should be a shop fairly close to me. I did not know you can just go in a shop and get it lol.

I tried the natural route for years and it didn’t do me any good. Finally went to a few therapy sessions and was diagnosed with the great trifecta: depression, anxiety and PTSD. Went on Zoloft and paused TTC to take 1/4 of a Xanax at night so I would actually sleep and not have night terrors. Stopped the Xanax and stayed on the Zoloft and it’s helped a lot. I still have anxiety and keep to myself most of the time but it’s not as bad as it used to be.
Haley·
CBD does help, especially as an alternative to Xanax.

@hpsutton thank you for your story 💜. My fam & friend's don't understand what I am going through. Did therapy help you or was more the meds? Or both combine?
Haley·
@eshaaa, it’s the meds honestly. I had one therapy session initially that took about 15 months for me to finally do and it took my niece saying some very wise-for-a-kid things for me to actually go. Without having started the medicine I would have never gone back. I’m still fairly shut-in about the ordeal, I don’t like to talk about the reason for why the things that I feel are there, but taking medicine stopped the constant panic attacks and general craziness surrounding my anxiety.
