@lauramwatson1996, the bleeding stopping only means you’ve clotted and not that you’ve healed. Not to mention you can stop and start for up to 6 weeks.

I just read up on tht as long as the bleeding has stopped it's safe to

On average it leaves a wound the size of an 8” paper plate. You risk infection, scar tissue, infertility and worse.
