I just read up on tht as long as the bleeding has stopped it's safe to
6 weeks and after you spoke to your doctor about getting the ok
@lauramwatson1996, after 6 weeks AND you’ve been cleared by a doctor. It doesn’t matter if it’s csection or vaginal. The risk is the wound created when the placenta detached from your uterus. On average it leaves a wound the size of an 8” paper plate. You risk infection, scar tissue, infertility and worse.
@lauramwatson1996, the bleeding stopping only means you’ve clotted and not that you’ve healed. Not to mention you can stop and start for up to 6 weeks.
