Hey moms!
Has anyone experienced Night Terror / Sleep Terror with their son? Or daughter? It’s mostly common in boys.
@bitchcraft, yeah during true night terrors one shouldn’t try to wake up the child just try to be soothing. But tell her to time it and try it out
I was so worried and scared when this happened . I was so sad I couldn’t do anything to help , my baby just scream and cried til he fell back to sleep in my arms 😢☹️
@bitchcraft it is and someyimes it is hard to wake them people say not to but i like to so he can see my face . But when he dosent and is crying and screaming i just walk around with him patting his back talking and singing. It takes awhile but it works
If it’s truly a night terror, they ought to be happening around the same time every night. You can break the cycle by going in a couple mins before the time he normally has a night terror, gently wake him and then get him back to sleep.— keep doing it nightly
It’s super normal (thought alarming and worrisome) bc they’re developing so much.
@bitchcraft he might not grow out of it . Im 21 and still have them from time to time . It decreases
My son has them . I just pick him up and rock him and someyimes sing to him but mostly tell him sweet things

Who do we have to thank for the modern practice of adoption as it exists today? This monster right here: Georgia Tann, baby trafficker.
Georgia was the child of a prominent attorney and had aspirations herself of being a lawyer. Of course, back in the early 1900's such a career was not open to women, so she chose the next best thing for a woman of her station: social work.
In 1922, Georgia got a job working at the Mississippi Children's Home Society. By 1924, she was terminated from her job...
Had one of the scariest moments of my life today! My son's school was put on lock down because of a terror threat sent to them this morning. No one in, no one out. I have never raced to the school so fast in all my life. Thankfully once I got there they lifted the lockdown and let me take my son home. I was genuinely terrified. Never felt emotion like it in my life.
What would y'all do if there was neighborhood kids terrorizing your kids.even when their in their own yard.calling them names and saying stuff bout me? Then they run and tell their parents it's my kids!
Halp me
How do I get my one year old to stop terrorizing the dogs? We have two 50 lbs mutts and she is buddies with them, but the past few days she’s been chasing them, pulling their ears, biting them, grabbing their fur and skin, and slapping them. She does all of this while letting out a supersonic screech.
Dose anyone else have a toddler who wakes up crying their eyes out and nothing seems to make it better?! My Parents think it's gas. But I'm wondering if it might me night terrors. Any input would be a huge help.
Yes we have/ are!! My son. It's getting better now that I think about it.
