My son has them . I just pick him up and rock him and someyimes sing to him but mostly tell him sweet things

@bitchcraft he might not grow out of it . Im 21 and still have them from time to time . It decreases

If it’s truly a night terror, they ought to be happening around the same time every night. You can break the cycle by going in a couple mins before the time he normally has a night terror, gently wake him and then get him back to sleep.— keep doing it nightly

It’s super normal (thought alarming and worrisome) bc they’re developing so much.

@bitchcraft it is and someyimes it is hard to wake them people say not to but i like to so he can see my face . But when he dosent and is crying and screaming i just walk around with him patting his back talking and singing. It takes awhile but it works

I was so worried and scared when this happened . I was so sad I couldn’t do anything to help , my baby just scream and cried til he fell back to sleep in my arms 😢☹️

@bitchcraft, yeah during true night terrors one shouldn’t try to wake up the child just try to be soothing. But tell her to time it and try it out

Yes we have/ are!! My son. It's getting better now that I think about it.
