So I've been contracting for a hour now but I've been timing them and they're all over. Like, some are 40 sec apart and some are 2 min apart. None are further than 4 min apart though. Could these still be BH?

It sounds like real contractions to me. I would get my bag ready and go in, if water doesn't make it completely stop.
Well in my experience Braxton Hicks like last a long time but maybe that's just me.. Have you tried drinking a lot of water and it stops completely? Water should make Braxton Hicks go away. If it doesn't, it is probably real contractions. They don't always hurt
@babymay2016 okay. These last about 30-45 seconds. They're not unbearable like I remember my first pregnancy being.
My hospital says follow the 5-1-1 rule. 5 or less min apart, lasting 1min, for 1 hr
