Hey moms any tips on swaddle transitioning? My daughter will be 4 months on aug 15th I’ve read that’s around the time to start transitioning she will only sleep about 10-15 min at a time if she isn’t swaddled

Keep swaddling her until she doesn't like it anymore or pops her legs or arms out on her own.
As long as you are putting her down on her back and she's not rolling onto her face you're good.
You can also get one of those swaddle/sleepers that negate the need for a swaddling blanket.

Ok yea that’s what I’ve been thinking my in laws keep saying she’s too big to be swaddled but I know she won’t sleep without it so I figured I could just wait till she shows me signs of not needing it anymore should I do it during the day or should I only do it at night
