How do u handle a 8 month old teething and biting the nip with new front teeth during Nursing?
I screams in pain and this scares the baby but she doesn't know that when she bits down , grins, and Yank on my nipple how bad that feels. My poor baby and nipples

@luv_2b_amomma yes all of this. She does it sporadically. So I'm always caught off guard. I know she doesn't know.

My son didn’t go through this but have you tried using orajel ? Freezing the teething rings ? Using wet or warm baby rags ? Sherbet popsicles ? Because they aren’t as cold as regular ice cream .

I would put my pinky in the corner of his mouth so that I could unlatch him the second he bit me. Eventually he realized every time he bit, he got taken off the boob, and stopped doing it
