Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him? so my boyfriend and I live with his parents with out almost 2 week old son... his parents and his mom always want to hold him like all day everyday and get mad when I take him upstairs in our room...
