Quite a bit. There is a lot of swelling from giving birth, more so if you were on IV fluids because the baby swells from those as well. The baby also fills out or rounds out a bit in the face because everything isn't so scrunched up from being in the birth canal anymore.
Changes will just keep coming too. My daughter was born with black hair and blue eyes but ended up with blonde hair by three months and brown eyes by six.
