I think your being honest in a careful way. I’d stay clear of anything like this. We just had to bring dd to be around my family fir my Dads Funeral and she met all kinda of new people I just said there name and not like Aunt so and so. I just told my sisters dd I’ve know your Mom her whole life & not who I was. I didn’t want to confuse anyone because we might not see them again. My family is complicated & I keep my distance for DD. She didn’t go to any of the funeral stuff & we stayed in a hotel. Dd is 3yrs old in Nov.

I say no because he needs to be honest with your daughter and until he can man up and do that she shouldn't be with him.

I say yes if you know he has someone else let it go. It to me sets a bad example for your daughter. Showing her to except anything from a man. (Just my opinion)
