Those look like blisters or burns and looks like that whole area is red. I’d change types of diapers and get him in ASAP.

Definitely go in. They look like blisters or possibly even warts but I’m definitely not a doctor so don’t take my word for it

He was so scared he wet his pants and his parents weren't notified until 2 hours into the questioning. He was suspended for 10 days, but it was reduced to the 3 days he had already served after the parents and others complained. The school stated that the situation was handled appropriately and would be handled in a similar manner in the future.
