Oh wow girl, yeah take him in. He’s a week old and this just happened? I wonder if it’s an allergy or chemical burn of some sort. What diapers and or creams have you used on him?

Definitely go in. They look like blisters or possibly even warts but I’m definitely not a doctor so don’t take my word for it

Those look like blisters or burns and looks like that whole area is red. I’d change types of diapers and get him in ASAP.
