I think because people are dumb. Im black and my husband is white. My kids look more like him. Still till this day. We still get the looks. And i always hear are these kids yours. Its crazy.

@girlmom. Yeah I was asked that too when I gave birth to my son the nurse was like is this your first and I'm like no and shes like well is he the father of both your children. My husband and I gave her a side ways ass look and I was like yeah there both his like it's none of your fucking business. I was furious so was my husband.

@girlmom., omg. I can totally agree with the being treated different. Every time we go to the store and someone sees me alone they are nice to me but then as soon as they see my husband come up to me they give me this look and act like I’m all of a sudden an alien.

@west87coast, people really do need to grow up. Ive noticed it’s mostly my race (Mexicans)that stare. It’s so annoying.

@letmegetagrip, I agree 100% but sometimes the constant stares get to me. I don’t understand what compels some people to stare until you’re out of site. It doesn’t intimidate me just makes me annoyed. I’m Mexican married to a white man.

I always get called the white girl even though I’m 1/2 Hispanic and half mixed with hella stuff my husband is full Hispanic and people are always looking at us like we r wrong. But our hearts are the same and we love each other not for the color of our skin but what’s inside that counts. People can be very rude. One time on fb I asked where I can get the Mexican flag for cinco de mayo some lady told me I had no right buying them cuz I’m white... people need to grow up.

Because people are Biased. And judgemental assholes that cant stay in there own lane. I'm married to a black man that I love and I'm whiter than Casper. I really dont care what people think because it only matters what I think and my husband think skin is just color or a shade. We are made all the same.
