Has anyone here done or is currently doing Hypnobabies?

I'm in the last week of the Hypnobabies program and it mostly uses guided hypnosis tracks (the reading material is mostly just a general childbirth class). They are amazing but it's a lot to keep up with. Was wondering if I could find another Hypnomom on here

@spookylyn yes, that's what Hypnobabies is. It's the name of a specific program that teaches you medical-grade hypnosis for an easy and comfortable childbirth
