I’ve had zero heartburn this pregnancy. Do you think that means my baby will be bald or is that an old wives’ tale?

I’d say old wives tale but it’s been true all 3 times for me

I had 0 heartburn all throughout my pregnancy with my first and he was born with a head full of dark hair

I had heartburn with my other and they both came out looking like mini chewys

I had heartburn so bad I would cry with my son and he was bald as can be!

Both times I had horrible heartburn. My son came out with lots of dark hair and my daughter came out with a bit of fuzz.

Yup. They did a study and as @spooklyn said, it has some correlation. I had horrific acid reflux and my son was born with a full head of hair

I don’t know....I’m on my sixth pregnancy, have has horrible acid reflux with the last 5 and no heartburn at all with my oldest. My oldest was the only one born with hair, too. 🤷‍♀️ I may be the odd one out, but my girls didn’t really get hair til they were two and I was on medication for acid reflux while pregnant with both of them

Definitely just a wives tale.

My first didn’t have much at all for a long time, so my hopes aren’t too high that this one will have a lot.
