Please no rude comments I'm posting FOR A FRIEND. She's 3 weeks postpartum she and her husband had sex before six weeks. She took a test 3 days ago so should could start BC and then another today with morning pee the other day it was neg. Now it's faint positive. Could it be positive from having baby still?

on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage. Has anyone else been through this as am so confused ?? As some saying maybe I wasn't pregnant at all and it gave me positive results
Can someone make this a negative so i can send it back to my twin sister. She said she sees it but shes hesitant because she had 3 miscarriages last year. With those pregnancies she didn't get a positive until she was 2-3 weeks late and they were very faint. This test she just took shes only 2 days late. sorry if this is rambling on, im just super excited for her! It looks positive right? Like I'm not crazy right lol
My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. If she looked at the test after the 10 minute window, it’s inaccurate. She’ll need to test again. You’re very fertile after delivery, so it’s possible she could be pregnant again.

There's a chance it's left over but she should let her doctor know because you're extremely fertile after birth and it could also be a new pregnancy depending on how fast her numbers dropped.

I'm pretty sure the first test she took wouldn't have been negative if it was leftover hormones.

Take another test. Don’t look at tests after the 10 min window they often have evap lines. Just throw it out and take a new one. She can get a bulk pack of test strips on amazon for cheap!

She is most probably pregnancy. It’s too early to test the HCG level is too low at this time. She can take another test a weak later. And can go to see the doctor they may confirm her pregnancy.

@masseymomma16 it's so faint you can hardly see it. I can't get it to show with the camera. But I can see it n person. If that makes sense. And it was within 10min window. I'll have her retest next week.

She can definitely be pregnant. Your most fertile after you have a baby. So if they had sex and no protection then she can definitely be pregnant.

Yeah she can be pregnant. She can just mention it at her 6 week appointment.
