So i think i may have mastitis, 😭 Anybody have any home remedies That may help?

I’m pretty sure you need to get antibiotics ASAP. Mastitis can get bad quick (or so I hear... never had it) I’d call your obgyn

You need to keep nursing as much as possible. Pumping works, not as well. Use warm compress before and during nursing. Use cool packs after nursing and wear cold cabbage leaves inside the bra. You can take garlic cloves internally for the infection and stay hydrated. If you develop a high fever and can't control the infection with these methods you should call your doctor. But nursing and heat is important.

@mizzvuitton I took garlic cloves when I had mastitis. 4 cloves a day, spread throughout the day. I didn't end up needing antibiotics (not saying you shouldn't see a doctor though!)

I just hand expressed in a hot shower until I felt it "pop". Won't lie, that crap HURT. I hope you feel better soon...

Update:It was Not Mistitis but a cyst had to have it cut opened and drained. 😭 Thanks for all your support ladies i really appreciate it. 😚
