So I’m pregnant with my second and my first is only going be almost two when the baby is born any tips?
Same here I have a 9 yr old so he can help for sure but my youngest is 1 and will still be 1 when this one is born . And she’s such a mommies girl always glued to hip so it’ll be interesting to see how she does with her baby sister she loves babies and kids but what’s different is that this baby is here to stay so I’m hoping she’ll come along just fine after the 1st few weeks I don’t think it’ll be easy for her off bat
@fakoffyeh, maybe that’s what needs to happen thank you for all the advice it’s really appreciated
@fakoffyeh, i feel like his my heart attack kid lol I tell him his going give me one before I turn 21 cause his always doing something I just don’t want to make the wrong choice, I don’t want to smack his hands or anything cause at this point I feel like that’s why he smack cause he thinks it’s okay. Just stressful sometimes cause the husband don’t help that much 😩
@steph0524, that gives me some relief, I’m just hoping he isn’t mean I know some people say the first can be mean sometimes
@hayleeharber, I found the transition from 1 kid to 2 kids easier than when I had my first. I just got them on the same mapping & miraculously they had the same diaper schedule. My first loved her baby sister but wanted to help too much. I just worked on including her in as much as possible and set boundaries. Took some time to be honest but she caught on fairly quick.
@amandajune, Awh that makes me so excited to see them together. ❤️ I love babies there so amazing
@fakoffyeh, I feel like mine has hit it I’m not sure though I feel like I failed as a parent sometimes cause I try to tell him no and he just does it again his smacking and throwing things and sometimes throws himself on the floor. Im really hopping he will love his new sibling and I hope to include him in a lot cause I don’t want him to feel left out as well.
@prestonjeanetta0120, yeah I definitely understand his a mommas boy and a daddy’s boy so I’m hoping it will get easier for him.
