For me I knew I dropped cause my stomach is more down like It feels like my stomach is hanging if that makes sense lol and I feel his movements WAY lower now than I use too!

I never noticeably dropped. Not everyone does. But my OB told me that my baby did drop into position at 38 weeks and she could tell because she was checking for dilation and the baby's head was right there.
