Molluscum both my boys have them. They can be burnt off but it's really bad .

@elliots.mom, my son’s and my niece’s were tiny white spots that never changed. Took months to go away though.

Looks similar to what my son has he has hand foot and mouth disease currently

@laniejay, I thought that too but thought his were too small to be that. Not sure tho. They’ve been on him for about a month and haven’t gotten bigger or worse.

My niece has these we were told its a virial thing it has to run its course.
