Sleeping through the night advice needed!
My third baby is now 10 months old. He always wakes at least once to eat, sometimes twice. I try to feed him more ounces during the day but he refuses to eat it if he’s not in the mood- so I’m fairly certain he isn’t getting the 24 ounces during the day. Maybe 20. I don’t remember what I did for the other two to sleep through the night but they were great sleepers early on. Any advice on how I can approach this? I’m ready for a fun night of sleep this year.
Haha. I hope it just happens quickly lol. Yeah he eats 3 times a day. I always give him avocado/banana in the morning, fruit/veg and yogurt for lunch, and fruit/veg for dinner. Sometimes he has our food if it’s soft enough. Yeah I think it may be habit 😕
It's probably more of a habit rather then needing it. He's getting food right?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My DS is almost 3weeks old, he gets almost 21/2 ounces during the day and 3 ounces at night.
My bf and I just got into a argument bc our son seems to be awake at night a lot. Idk why but telling me I’m not feeding him 3 ounces at night which I am.
Is it normal for babies to be awake or wanna be up during the night?
I think it’s mainly when he’s just gassy or has to poop but he doesn’t understand that; he thinks baby should just kinda sleep, wake up for bottle then boom sleep..
So I’m in Walmart and this lady is asking me if my baby sleeps through the night and I say sometimes but he’s breastfed so he wakes up to eat. She says well when my baby was two days old I started giving him cereal in his bottle so he would sleep through the night. This lady is 27 so she’s not old. But is that even safe? No I’m obviously not even gonna try it. But is it safe that young?
My son is 6 months old and doesn’t sleep through the night. He gets up two to three times a night to nurse and go back to sleep. I was told when he started eating cereal he would sleep better but that hasn’t happened. I don’t know if maybe I should try to limit his naps during the day and maybe he will be more tired?
Okay mom's who have had their babies, how do I keep my 6 day old awake during the day?????? He sleeps too much during the day and is wide awake at night and it's making me and his daddy argue in the middle of the night cause he thinks he needs to sleep and mommy doesn't.... 😒 so someone help me please???
My son is 11 months and eats lots of carbs! It keeps him really full. He eats vegetable rice with Greek yoghurt (I mix the yoghurt in so it’s easier for him to swallow). He also loves spaghetti bolognaise. Basically whatever we are eating he will eat! Try switching the food up and adding carbs. If he’s had dinner early and I need to feed him something before bed I always offer a banana he eats the whole thing haha he went from waking twice to sleeping 10hr stint, wake up to eat and back down for another 2/3 hours.
