I just got diagnosed with gestational diabetes... 30 weeks pregnant. I’m scared ! I didn’t have this in my first pregnancy... can anyone who’s had it share encouraging experiences and tips ?! Please and thank you ladies 💗💗💗

I didn't have it with my first but did with my second. Just stick to the diet and you will do great. I kept mine strictly diet controlled. I didn't have to go on meds or insulin. I went all the way to 40 weeks and my baby was only 7lbs 15oz.

I had gestational diabetes with my daughter all I did was watched what I ate and took my blood sugar everyday and everything was fine 😊 everything will be fine mama 💖
