So I've been told walking makes labor easier ! but... its 100+ degrees outside and walking in this heat at 37 weeks is soo hard 😩 !! Do you girls walk everyday or how many times a week ? I go every other day because after walks my legs hurt so bad and my joints feel like they are about to break but this began bearly around a week ago😭

I walk around the mall, it's big and air conditioned.

That works to just wait until later in the day when it cools down and lind of like power walk

I would go to stores like walmart or target to go walk around..be careful about spending money though lol!
