Every time I visit the in-laws she is stuck to me like glue. When my son was a baby he felt the same way. I guess they will be having another grandchild that can’t stand them. I don’t know why, but they don’t like it here. My son always tells his dad “how long are we staying, please tell me 5minutes”. Do you have kids that can’t stand someone in the family?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
What will my doctor do if I tell her I’m depressed and I can’t handle the pain anymore because I’m very uncomfortable at this point and I don’t know how much longer I can be like this.

Yep. My kids don't really like my husband's side of the family but love mine to pieces. They don't see his side of the family as often and they play favorites. They prefer my BILs kids. I'm a firm believer in kids can pick up people's vibes.

@leahkay, they see both sides of the family about the same amount of time, but I agree with you that kids definitely pick up people’s vibes. I allow them to be themselves at the in-laws, but be polite about it. 😰

@vmalden612, kids know when and who loves them so them being attached isn’t a issue it just means that they’d rather much be under you my kids just started going around their dads side if the family

@takiahilk, that’s one thing I don’t do. I just changed to be polite because he is an ass his dad was like he is a spoiled brat. I told him no he is entitled to his feelings. The only thing I can think of was the rocky ride I had with them when I was pregnant with him.
