40+1 weeks doctor says I’m still not dilated and baby is way up high . So baby might be too big to fit through my pelvis . He won’t induce me until after my appointment a week from today August 6th! So upset

Do lots of squats and try bouncing on an exercise ball if you have one
I know how you feel! I almost cried when my doctor said we would be setting up an induction date for week 42. Maybe there are natural ways to help the baby drop? There’s still time for things to happen on their own. Don’t get so discouraged mama!
@whitmom2be18, Ive been 1cm since 37 weeks (now 40w4d). They said they think it’s best since im a FTM and low risk. 🤷🏽♀️. Did your doctor say the baby may be too big for your pelvis?
