Whats the longest time frame you have pumped in one session? Im trying to go for an hour to get my milk to come back in and want to know of anyone had tried long sessions like this. Im almost all dried up getting less than an ounce.

There's this technique that I heard of, haven't done it yet. Pump for eight minutes, rest for eight. Pump, rest, pump, rest. Just a total of three times. It's supposed to stimulate your breast and "say hey I need milk". Not sure if it actually works though
30 min I think I did.. I heard that if you pump for one hour then again for 20 min and change it up it helps your milk come in more.. I forgot the times but it was cool I did try that and it helped but I stopped bf

today I go for my 3d ultrasound session again I had to reschedule another session because the US tech wasnt sure about the baby's gender and baby wasnt moving much, is there any ways I can get my little one to move? seems like baby is always asleep lol

Thanks guys for all the insight. I had an emergency c section and this is my first baby. I never thought it would be this exhausting taking care of him. So I have to be honest I haven't tried being consistent. But Im finally getting a ruitine together meal prep, fixing multiple bottles at once, eating and drinking more water etc. To help me manage everything better. So hopefully with the addition effort In will have more energy for pumping.
