Woke Up At 5am With Itchy Rashes All Over My Body 😩

They are heat rashes. Very common through pregnancy. If the room is hot try getting a fan and putting it on you, or turning down the air conditioner. If it is or you do, try just sleeping with a sheet. It helps me a lot.
