So I have a non stress test tomorrow at 2 who else has had one and what do they do?

It's routine at my hospital. They just hook you up to monitor babies movement, heart rate and can see if you're contracting

I had one. Yeah, they basically strap monitors to your stomach and you sit there for however long they want you to. I was an hour, I think. Don't wear a dress.

I had one recently! It's relaxing. They just strap you up and monitor movements, heart rates, uterine activity. The only thing that sucks is when they lose the baby's heartbeat and have to keep searching for it.
