Haven’t had an appetite since I been home from the hospital.. I literally have to force myself to eat something 😩 I’m convinced this is the reason why I feel drowsy and out of it but I’m really trying for my girls.. but when is this gonna pass

I hardly ate anything after I had my son. I was too tired and distracted and also I just wasn't hungry. Just do your best! And maybe try nutrition shakes. Those have always helped me.
