My nausea is way worse this pregnancy. I feel like I'm car sick all the time! The only things that I've found to help are eating and carbonation. But I feel like I have to be constantly eating for the nausea to let up. Has anyone found anything else to help?
Half a unisom tablet and a vitamin b6 tablet before bed is what my ob recommended for nausea.
