Meal planning and making my grocery list for the week. If I don’t think about my ingredients and have a list of meals to choose from I’ll just make hamburger helper every night😵✌️

What's A Good Dinner Meal That Won't Make The House Too Hot?
10 meals, 8 will double so this equals 18 dinners for my family!
Did my clean eating meal prep today. It took 4hours 45mins to prep. Cook. Store. And clean. I made 14 breakfast meals. 7 lunch meals(for hubby's work) and 14 dinner meals. A long with 2 gallons of quinoa salsa for my parents and followed by not so healthy but my favorite sugar cookies. And let's face it. After all that. I deserve the sugar cookies! 👌🏻pictures will be in the comments that way I don't completely consume everyone's news feed! 😘
@leroydoom, it’s hard to keep to it but definitely helps. Without a list like this I’d leave the grocery store with only sodas and snacks then wonder why there’s no “meal ingredients” lol
