So Titus had his 9 month check up today and his doctor said I could take the bottle from him now if I wanted to but to me it seems a little early. Have any of you moms taken the bottle at 10 months? I am planning on taking it when he is a year old which is in September so not to much longer lol

My son's been off the bottle since he was 2 months so it's really up to you.
@saraguinn23 he uses a sippy cup. We use the NUK ones with a handle. Or the Dr. Brown transitional cup.
@mommytotheo yes thats true it would be easier. I sure dont want him to be a toddler sucking a bottle lol but i guess i will wait until he is a year old since its not to long anyways. Does your baby boy drink from just a regular cup?

Both mine switched at 6 months. They liked their cups much. But it’s all up to you.
@saraguinn23, mine were to but I don’t think it was ever before 11-12 months I just think it makes kids grow up to fast like their babies let the adjust to become a toddler not make them one over night.!
I took it from my oldest at 8 mos and my New New at 10 or 11 mos.

The early you take it the easier it normally is to break him. We've been bottle free for almost 3 months
They wanted me to give my ebf 9 month old an open cup. 😒

I got my daughter off at 10 months. She eats like a piggy so the bottle wasn’t doing it for her anymore
