I have a 12 week scan next week and I was wondering does the sonographer tell you where your placenta is sitting etc what happens at a 12 week scan? Your help is appreciated

@hstewart89, that’s when the placenta is at the front instead of the back. It can make bubs movements/kicks feel a bit cushioned though as bubs gets bigger there’s no missing any lol xx

Mine didn’t, they didn’t even tell me at my 20week scan I only knew from reading my notes from the 20week scan.
Drink water so ya bladders full so it’s easier for them to scan, from what I can remember they just check bubs with measurements and give you ya due date. Oh and you can ask for a pic. The 20week scan they go into more detail xx
