BIRTH CONTROL QUESTION
Need help deciding what to get !
I’m overweight so that’s a factor & I usually get painful period cramps if that matters to.
What do you have? What’s your weight? Side effects? What do you recommend ?
I’m also breast feeding.

@jaidenally, thank you! I’ve heard so many negative stories on the Depo and I think I’m definitely going to steer clear of that one.
The pill I’m overweight as well and I love it. Short periods not very painful cramps.
My doctor mentioned this to me my last appointment the depo shot makes u gain the most, I was on it before and I did gain weight. I mentioned I didn’t want to gain a lot of weight and she recommended the iud
I personally would never try the depo again , I gained so much weight I went from 125 to 165 I couldn’t stop eating I tired so hard so I quit bc all together . But I recently start taking bc pills with hormones to help balance out body again . They seem to be helping , also I was having really bad mood swings so that to was my reason for trying the pills . I just sat with my ob and literally told them all my symptoms they pretty much gave me a few options . I’m not sure what the name of my bc is but definitely talk with your ob.
