Mommas what are your bath routines with newborns?? How often? Product? Lotion ?
So I know I can’t give baby a bath just yet cause of circumcision , but I wanna wipe him down an put some lotion on him tonight hoping maybe he’ll sleep better.
We gave our daughter a bath every night once we were able to. We made a routine out of it, she would get a bath, get a nice massage with lotion, get her PJs on, have a bottle, and then go to bed. I think this is what really helped her sleep through the night so soon, because we had a routine. Some say not to give a bath every night because of dry skin, but we never had an issue with that. Every baby is different though.
@madicam_xoxo, i did every two to three days depending on if she spilled milk on her but I always clean her neck area and face
I did the baths with a little soft rag use a little bit of baby wash kept away from the umbilical stump and no lotion the first few weeks are the most important. You can use vasaline its completely safe on arms, legs, cheeks, tummy and even diaper area (it helps create a barrier between the pamper and skin)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
U know it’s really up to u I washed my son up the day we left the hospital. I just used water and a baby rag and then aquphor on his skin and a lil lotion. Just make sure ur baby don’t get to cold that’s all they said to me.
