YES! Everyone in my OH’s family was saying “oooh boy this time” and “I hope it’s a boy” then when we found out this baby is another girl they were all “awww she’s gonna be so beautiful” this that and the other and I was so pissed off 🤦🏼‍♀️xxx

Erm yep I’m still getting it now went the midwife yday new one I’ve not seen oh this is ur 7th bby what do u have at home 6 boys what u having this time a boy oh r u gonna try for a girl erm nope !

I've got this, I hope it's a boy like a girl would be awful or something it's our first baby I don't care what the gender is as long as it's healthy and happy xx

@ezchaz, I think the parents bringing the child into the world would also think it would be lovely to have one of each 🤣 the comments are rude especially the wording they choose to use x

@courtniek98x, isn’t it just so annoying when they do that! Had it with my 2nd born little boy, don’t know why people are like it x

We're on our third girl we do have a son but when we told everyone it was another girl they were like that's a shame would of been nice to have 2 of each erm no a baby is a baby and I'm quite happy to have a girl gang 🙄 maybe it's our hormones lol x

@mummymir, I hate that surely the baby itself is a joy wether it's a boy or girl my partners grandad said oh well there's allways next time. Next time how many children do I need 😂 x

Omg it’s dose my head in I have 5 boys and we didn’t have more kids because we was trying for a girl we had another baby because we wanted one when I found out I was pregnant I didn’t want to tell anyone because I new the comments I would get I was soo excited when we found out he was a boy I could wait to post it online xxx

@tazrobs89, well said that’s exactly how I felt with this baby I had the same comments with my 2nd born but I thought no I will share our news because we are so excited, happy & blessed xx

It'll be nice for me to have a girl.... but wouldn't care either way.... as I planned on having a 3rd as I want a 3rd but I get the same messages like u... and yes it's jarring

Yep I had this. We found out we are having a third boy and then people were asking me if I was ok...like as if it was bad news 😂
