I don't use diaper cream, we tried destitin a couple times and it didn't work, I do however use Vaseline as a preventative measure. Her pediatrician suggested to do that and it works wonders!

Use as needed. Have a few kinds on hand in case it's not helping.

Depends on the baby. It started as needed, then with each messy diaper as a preventative measure

With my 3 I never used any .. none ever got a diaper rash

I only use for rash. For prevention I used arrowroot powder between changes.

I only use it if my little has a rash or irritation.
