I Just found out we got approved for our dream house today!!! ♡♡♡ It was a rental so we are going to rent it for a couple years and then try to buy it but still !!!♡♡♡ so excited.

I kinda screwed an owner when I did a rent to own. When I started the value was $214k and she didn’t want a contract. When I decided it wasn’t what I wanted, the market had tanked and it was worth like $99k ... her not wanting a contract screwed her because I just left. I did give 30 days notice.
Congrats!!! I have a few friends who did it that way, rent-to-own. One got screwed though when the owner decided to sell it to someone else, gave them 30 days notice. And the owner was her husband's uncle!!!

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
