@dani_k, when I delivered they told me to hand express for the first 3 days on top of feeding and syringe feed what ever I got out to baby they said it helps increase by I believe they said 130%. I honestly think that’s what helped and when I was in the hospital I ate oat meal cream pies I read some where it helped and I when I got home I ate oatmeal and drink lots of water. I still eat oatmeal and lots of protein! I also drink mothers milk tea. I hope this helps. I am not sure all those works but I produced a lot when I had my first but not as much as this time so I believe all this helped a lot.

Gawd 😱 I sure wish I can produce like that when my baby is born. After my first pregnancy I didn’t produce as much milk after a while so I had to give up 😞

I tries those! I run out of room so much faster it’s easier using the ziplock bags.

Yes you defrost it before use. With my first I would take out what I needed and let defrost in fridge the day before and if I really needed it I would put in warm water. I attached how long it’s good for they say regular freezer 6 months and 12 months deep freezer is what I was told by my doctor.

@mermaidmeshy, after I find out if I am not having another surgery or not I am definitely going to be donating it I didn’t know there were face book groups! Thank you! If I have to have surgery they said I won’t be able to breast feed for a few days. What are the groups normally called?

May I suggest, if you need space between getting a deep freezer, donating it. You can join Facebook groups in your state to donate to mom's who's babies need it.

I pumped exclusively for 14 months, I also have a group here for exclusively pumping moms. (But I welcome anyone who has pumping questions too)

@k_nc, right! It is slightly irritating 😂 I feel like a cow all I do is breast feed and pump 😂 what size freezer did you buy? I am not sure if I should buy a big one or just stick with standard size

I had to buy a freezer because of how much breastmilk I produced too! It’s awesome but slightly irritating 😂
