@emmaduemarch2019, yeah, it will pass though. I don’t even think about fast food anymore. Mine went away totally one morning when I was 9 weeks, and then I was scared something was wrong. Lol
@emmaduemarch2019, yep I was so sick around 7 weeks. What I did was suck on some hard candy. Jolly Ranchers were my go to. If you can stomach something small, even toast, you’ll feel so much better. I was drinking a Powerade a day because there’s B6 in it. Even if you don’t feel like eating, just keep drinking the water, and when you do feel hungry, don’t feel guilty for whatever that craving is. I basically craved junk fast food. It’s better than not having anything at all to eat.
I was ! My morning sickness started at about 5 weeks. I couldn’t keep much of anything down and was gagging all day long. I finally tried doxylamine ( Unisom or Kirkland sleeping aid ) with b6. It truly has saved me ! It’s safe for pregnancy and many studies have been done on it. I still get a bit nauseous if I don’t eat something every 2-3 hours. So I have to snack all day to keep it away.
If you’re interested in looking into doxylamine and b6 you can find plenty of articles online. My doctor told me it was safe to take also. The doses I take for me since my nausea last all day is I take half of a 25 mg Kirkland sleeping aid before I get out of bed in the morning. I wait 30 mins before getting out of bed. Then I take the other half 6 hours later. Then I take a whole one at night which helps you sleep better and keeps me from getting nauseous at night. Also make sure you’re getting enough b6. But not too much. Being too low in b6 can cause nausea in pregnancy too. Try not to exceed 75mg of b6 a day. It can cause nerve damage.
