Just take everything one day at a time any stress , sadness etc the baby can feel.. & I think everyone is scared about loosing their first baby or baby at all but you have to stay positive & just think good thoughts I had a high risk for a miscarriage (health problems) but I still took it easy and didn’t over think anything & just stayed relaxed..

First advice: stop googling. It’ll convince you you’re dying of prostate cancer or some nonsense.
Try to relax. And take things a day and a symptom at a time.

Stay off of Google. I literally stayed up all night googling ever little thing with my first and driving myself batty. For what it's worth, I didn't have morning sickness with either of my kids. Some people get it, some people don't. I was just grateful to not have to go through remedy after remedy trying to come up with something to help.

Google is the devil. My morning sickness didnt kick in all tye way til 8 weeks. I was nauseated a little here and there from early on but at 8 weeks it was horrible. And still going strong at 13 1/2 weeks. Its normal to not have any too. At all.

When i was pregnant with my daughter I didnt get sick but one time. That was the day I found out I was pregnant. So to have it and to not have it is normal.

Omg you sound just like me. Anytime I’m not feeling sick, I’m worried that I’m going to have a miscarriage. I feel like a crazy person! (I’m also 7 weeks :))

Morning sickness just hits right out of the blue. One morning I woke up, and my husband asked if I wanted to do breakfast, and I said I would go, but I didn’t feel like eating, so we ended up skipping it. For the next 2 weeks I felt that way.
