Who has a 2 month old baby? How long does a 2 month old supposed to stay awake? My baby will be 3 months on August 1st and he literally still sleeps throughout the day. He wakes up and cries for a bottle and once he gets what he wants he goes back to sleep while i burp him and usually doesn't wake up again until he is ready to eat again and repeat this process. Is this normal for his age?

@charlisiagunn, how early was he mama? I THINK (I would fact check me here as I have no personal experience with premature babies), that you are supposed to take into account that they are early and subtract those weeks from his actual age to come up with an adjusted age. So if he was born like a month early then his adjusted age is 2 months. That might be it? Maybe? He just actually has the sleeping habits of a babe that's a little younger?
I see. Yea starting to stay up a while during the day. Maybe 2 hours all together. Maybe its because he was premature.
He should be sleeping about 15-20 hours a day still. But he should be up playing between naps.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
