@laniejay your little one didn't have any stomach issues? I mean mine is almost a year and I just tried yogurt but I am worried he will have tummy issues.
@mommyof.3 if your worried then hold off until you feel confident enough to feed it to him. I held off on dairy until my now 2 year old was on dairy milk.
Aria started eating little Yogurt drops around 6 months and she just tried real yogurt for the first time about a week ago ☺️ No bad reactions, she loved it!
Fun thing to do whenever you do go for the yogurt... Line a tray with parchment paper and use an icing bag to put little bite size drops of yogurt onto it. Freeze them. They are so good for teething babies and having a little finger food for them to try is good for developing coordination.
