My kids no later than 8 my daughter is in early head start and I follow there pattern with nap time as well on weekends they take 1 nap a day around 2pm sleep for a 1hr 30 then back up she will be good and tired by 8

@motherofthreejkd, my son gave up napping unfortunately. I don’t think his prek does naps but I could be wrong. I go to his school orientation on Thursday

@wild_flower94 aww , my kids have been TRYING to give up nap time but I noticed that they actually get cranky if they don't get a nap , did you notice anything with your son when he stop taking naps ?

@motherofthreejkd, he hasn’t changed his attitude too much I think he was ready to stop with naps
