Is it normal for my heart to be beating really fast and feeling abit breathless, abit like when your wearing a tight bra and you just want to take it off 😅

i could have written this myself! i’ve mentioned it a couple of times at docs and hospital and both say it’s just the extra blood and not to be worried about it
